Do you have prior experience as a staff member? (If yes, please include the rank, server, and your responsibilities): Yes, I have been a Owner of a Community before, in a development team, and the usual staff team. I have dealt with many sits in the past.
How much time can you dedicate to the server on a weekly basis?: 8-20 hours per week.
What values would you bring to the team? (Please elaborate in at least 175 words): So, I've made a lot of Applications in the past, and I can sit here and talk about what I can bring to the team.. But, in my opinion I think it is better to show the Management Team as they can understand my behaviour and attitude towards being a competent staff member.
Anyways, firstly I'd like to mention I can bring professionalism. I could imagine most people say this on their Staff Applications, but with the amount of experience I have had with Garry's Mod, being a Developer, and on top of that a Community Owner a good few times, I can say I have learnt the best ways of being professional, even if the most worst of situations.
Secondly, leadership knowledge. What I mean by 'Leadership Knowledge' is the fact that I have the skills of a leader, therefore as a Staff Member, I believe this can really benefit me and how I perform my said duties.
Furthermore, confidence. I think that confidence is a key factor when becoming a Staff Member as you have to communicate with other people, and show your best level of professionalism and leadership skills. When someone is confident, they do whatever they are doing properly, well done and to the highest standard. That's another value I can bring to the team. I am hoping I will be able to inspire other people who in the future may join the Staff Team.
Why do you want to join the staff team? (Please provide a detailed response of at least 175 words): The main reason I want to join the Staff Team is because I would love to help and watch this Community grow as I see it has a very high level of potential, and let alone, the Owner seems very keen and friendly therefore I would love to work with them.
Another reason I want to join the Staff Team is because I'm hoping at some point a person in the Management Team will take my dedication into consideration, as I would really like to be apart of the Management Team someday and put my dedication towards the Development of the Community. As mentioned previously, this is because I want to help to give the members of the Community the best possible experience while also working with the current Management Team to make it possible. For the mean time however, I am happy to be a Staff Member and hopefully one day work my way up.
Tell us more about yourself. (Please write at least 150 words): My name is Callum, I am 18 years old as previously mentioned and have been playing Garry's Mod Since I was around the age of 9. It has always been a game that has really caught my eye and I've never lost the dedication to play it and I doubt I ever will. I have always enjoyed moderating Garry's Mod Servers, and never turned back since.
I am the type of person who can deal with stress and remain calm, while at the same time raging on the inside. I'm not really sure what else to put in here, as I don't want to talk about myself that much as I'm not that interesting anyways haha.
